The Curriculum
Built by Operators.
Designed to help you achieve operator mastery.
We’ve been in the trenches for over a decade — building, leading, fixing, and growing small businesses. We’ve seen what breaks, what scales, and what actually moves the needle.
This is the program we wish we had earlier.
The Operator Accelerator is structured like an operator’s playbook — focused, hands-on workshops that give you the frameworks, systems, and tools to lead your business more effectively.
Why we created The Operator Accelerator.
Running a business requires mastering a dozen disciplines most owners were never taught.
Sales. Finance. Hiring. Systems. Strategy. It’s a lot.
We built this to cut through the noise.
The Operator Accelerator distills what actually matters — so you can lead with clarity, build smarter systems, and scale with confidence.
Each module is designed for immediate application. You’ll leave every session with practical tools you can implement the next day.
How The Program Works
The Operator Accelerator runs as a 6-month live cohort. You’ll meet every other week in a small, curated group of business owners for focused, interactive sessions.
Each workshop includes:
A real-world module taught by operators and coaches
Guided work time to apply the material directly to your business
Tools, templates, and models you’ll actually use
Accountability, conversation, and peer feedback
A business benchmarking system to track real progress
You’ll assess your business in the first session and again in the last — giving you clear visibility into how far you’ve come.
Topics & Workshops
-
#1 Benchmarking Your Business
Kick off the program with a diagnostic — assessing your business across every core function. This gives you a baseline and helps prioritize where to focus.
-
#2 CEO Skills
Time, focus, and leverage: how great operators manage their calendar, delegate, prioritize, and lead. Bring your calendar — and be ready to build your CEO system.
-
#3 Follow the Money: Accounting
Understand the movement of money through your business. Learn how to read your books, catch red flags, and build reliable systems for AR, AP, and fraud prevention.
-
#4 Follow the Money: Finance
The finance module every owner needs but never got. Learn how to forecast, break even, and manage cash with clarity.
-
#5 Marketing & Sales
Build a marketing and sales engine that fits your business model. Nail your ICP, map your buyer journey, and break down your pipeline into scalable stages.
-
#6 Fulfillment & Delivery
Operations drive customer satisfaction and margin. We’ll unpack fulfillment from order to delivery — and help you build subsystems to drive consistency.
-
#7 Hiring
Learn the four-part process to attract and retain A-players — from job design to interviews to onboarding.
-
#8 Management Tools
How to run a team that actually runs. Learn the KPIs, rhythms, meetings, and feedback loops that drive accountability without micromanaging.
-
#9 Organizational Structure
Who does what? Who’s accountable? This module helps you align structure to strategy, clarify outputs, and identify the gaps you didn’t know you had.
-
#10 Information, Decisions & SOPs
Who makes decisions — and how? Learn how to document, delegate, and protect your business with simple, durable processes.
-
#11 Culture & Leadership
The invisible systems that hold everything together. What kind of company are you building — and how does it feel to work there?
-
#12 Growth & Strategy
Step back and sharpen your aim. What’s the long game? How do you align the team around it? This is where operators become leaders.
-
#13 Wrap-Up + Re-Benchmark
Close the loop by revisiting your diagnostic and measuring how far you’ve come — and what comes next.
